Empowering Leadership and Counterproductive Work Behavior: Mediating Role of Person-Organization Fit and Moderation effect of Overall Justice

The current research effort explains the phenomenon of counterproductive work behavior among employees higher education sector South Punjab, Pakistan. data was collected from 308 academic public as simple random sampling technique implied, furthermore Smart-PLS utilize for analysis. results revealed that empowering leadership influence and person organization fit. person-organization fit negatively behavior, so therefore mediation role observed between relationship similarly significant moderation overall justice behavior.
